Shipping & Return Policies
Processing Times & Shipping Fees:
- All orders are processed within 2–3 business days of purchase. If your shipment experiences a significant delay, you will be contacted via email. Any items that will take longer to ship will be noted in the item description.
- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Shipping delivery times vary from 3-14 business days depending on location.
- All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility (including tariffs, taxes, and other costs).
Incorrect Shipping Addresses & Refused Delivery:
- LKH will not be held responsible if the customer provides the wrong shipping address and we cannot recover the package.
- If the shipping address cannot be validated through USPS, we will try to contact the customer to provide an updated address. If we cannot update the address within 3 days, the order will be canceled and refunded.
Important Note on Sticker Orders:
- Sticker orders are defaulted to ship with First Class Mail which does not include tracking. If you'd like tracking info, please purchase Ground Shipping to have a tracking number.
- Lost/undelivered sticker orders are only refundable if buyer purchased Ground Shipping with tracking.
Refund & Exchanges:
- You may qualify for a refund if an item is not delivered to you within 21 days after the order has been shipped. Orders marked "delivered" by USPS do not qualify as lost or undelivered mail and do not qualify for a full refund.
- Seller is not responsible for orders arriving late once packages are marked as 'received' by the shipping carrier.
- Only items that were damaged during shipping transit qualify for return and or exchange.
- Returns and exchanges are processed after the customer has returned the original item.
- You have 30 days from delivery to initiate a return request after the item is marked as delivered. To start a return request click here.
- You cannot return or exchange items that were marked as final sale. Accepted returned items must be returned in the delivered condition.
- Please allow approximately 7 business days for return processing after we receive your return. You will receive a refund notification from us when your return has been processed, and refunds will take an additional 3-5 business days to credit back to your requested form of payment.
To submit a return request:
- Click the profile icon in the store's menu, or go to the refund policy or a returns page, and then request a return.
- Sign in to your account.
- In the "Email" field, enter your email address, and then click "Continue".
- In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
- Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
- Click "Request return" for the order that you want to submit the return for. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
- Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
- Click "Request return".
If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.
